Bleswal INC operates Bleswal.com and sells canvas artwork and related products to customers in the United States.
All products offered through Bleswal.com are Bleswal products and artwork. Customers do not upload their own artwork or images for customization through our website.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, and other product information accurately.
However, the appearance of colors and images may vary depending on your device, monitor, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and other information may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on Bleswal.com are subject to change without notice.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment is processed through Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and policies.
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is an apparent pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, product availability issue, or other legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled order.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
After payment has been successfully confirmed, Bleswal generally ships orders within approximately 20–30 working days.
Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, supply availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside Bleswal’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Bleswal is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
5. Returns
We want customers to be satisfied with their Bleswal purchase.
Subject to the conditions below, eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact Bleswal customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
Products that have been damaged, altered, used, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Bleswal in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Bleswal does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and retaining proof of shipment.
Bleswal is not responsible for a returned package that is lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible returned product, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated by Bleswal.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Bleswal as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please provide your order information and photographs or other information that may help us evaluate the issue.
We may, at our discretion and as required by applicable law, offer a replacement, refund, repair, or another appropriate resolution.

From time to time, Bleswal may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms.
Coupon codes may have expiration dates or other restrictions.
Coupons may not be combined with other offers.
Promotional discounts have no cash value.

The 20% canvas offer is available only according to the specific terms displayed when the offer is presented.

Bleswal may offer an optional promotional SMS program.
Customers who voluntarily and affirmatively opt in may receive occasional promotional text messages about Bleswal offers, new products, and updates.
